A 30-minute call with Mark to learn about your team, its goals and what’s getting in the way.
Pre-work
Attendees get the book and the Power Statement Workbook ahead of the session.
Workshop day
Mark leads the session on-site or live online, with plenty of hands-on time.
30-day follow-up
A check-in to see how the pillars are holding up and what to adjust.
